We offer international tracked shipping services to United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, France, Spain, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, Hungary, Belgium, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Bulgaria, Italy, and Germany.
Delivery Time
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary by location, our *estimates are given below.
Please note that shipping times do NOT include our 1-3 day processing time.

Customs
All orders are inclusive of taxes and VAT charges. Order items pass the custom-free tier may be delivered separately to avoid customs delays and fees so that we can provide free shipping for you. You will NOT be charged shipping fees for these separate packages (all shipping cost is shown at checkout, no extra charges will be applied).
Tracking Information
You will receive an email with a tracking number included once the order has been shipped and updated on our system. You may track your parcel using orders tracking. Once the product arrives in your Country, you can then use your local couriers tracking method.
Free Shipping
We provide free shipping worldwide from Asia and no extra charges will be applied. All orders are inclusive of taxes and VAT charges. If you’re concerned about packages originating from China, please see our FAQ.
Unclaimed Shipments
Please make sure you enter the address carefully when placing your order.
Any failed deliveries returned to us due to an insufficient/wrong address or not being home are eligible for a free reshipment the first time. However, if the issue persists and the package is returned to us a second time, we will charge 15% for the reshipment. If you decide to refuse the package, we will treat it as a return and deduct 15% of the purchase price from the refund.
Please note that failure to collect your parcel from your local office may result in returns or disposal of your items. Any disposed parcels will not be eligible for refunds.
Parcel ‘In-Transit’ or ‘Delivered’
If the parcel is still in transit, it means that the parcel or package is still on its way to your local courier. Once it arrives and passes through customs successfully. The parcel will be handed to your local courier.
We cannot be held responsible for goods that are not received or stolen. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to the address you provided, you are liable to set a safe place to accept and keep your parcel. COVID-19 updates
COVID-19 has caused major delays for worldwide shipping. Whilst we aim to deliver all parcels within our estimated shipping time, there is a very low-risk that your parcel may be subjected to delays.
