Can I cancel my order?

We have a 8-hour cancellation window for all our customers. Should you decide to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible or within 8 hours. Any cancellation requests placed pass the cancellation window will not be accepted due to the fact that fulfilment of the order, including shipping in most cases, has typically begun.

Customers must wait for their orders to arrive and return them to us within 14 days of receiving their item(s). We will issue a refund once received.

Refunds & Returns

We allow returns within 14 days of receiving your item(s) and will provide a full refund. To be eligible for a full refund:

  • Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in, with the original packaging. Any damaged or opened seal packaging will not be accepted.
  • You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning the item(s) to our international address which will be provided via e-mail.
  • Please use a trackable shipping service as we will not be responsible for any lost parcels. A full refund will be given once proof of shipment, including a picture of the parcel with the address labelled and a tracking ID has been provided.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note, it may take 3-10 business days for your credit to be processed and refunded back to your account.

Refunds for unclaimed or unsuccessful deliveries

Any failed deliveries returned to us due to an insufficient/wrong address or not being home are eligible for a free reshipment the first time. However, if the issue persists and the package is returned to us a second time, we will charge 15% for the reshipment. If you decide to refuse the package, we will treat it as a return and deduct 15% of the purchase price from the refund.

Please note that failure to collect your parcel from your local office may result in returns or disposal of your items. Any disposed parcels will not be eligible for refunds.
