Can I cancel my order and how do I cancel an order?
You may cancel your order within 8 hours of your initial purchase. We refer to this as cancellation window. After your cancellation window closes, you will not be able to cancel due to the fact fulfilment of the order, including shipping in some cases, has typically begun.

I am missing a piece or received a wrong order/broken item
We sincerely apologise if this is the case. Please kindly email us at [email protected] with your order number and photos/video(s) of the item attached. Wherever possible, please refer to your manual instruction to indicate which specific piece(s) are missing or broken and we will send you a replacement asap.
Where is my parcel? How can I track my parcel?
You should receive an automatic email from us with a tracking link to your parcel. This is sent once the tracking number is generated and are ready for shipping updates.

Where do you ship from?
We are a UK registered company with a warehouse based in China. This allows us to provide international distribution at a very low-cost which makes all our customers’ shipping free.
